In this Novel the story takes place in the state of “Beli Rajputan” in the 1980s. Queen Maya Fernandez finds her husband (Shaikhar) lifeless after returning home from a meeting. A mythical creature is said to have killed him near the graveyard. But Maya thinks otherwise. She decides to investigate her husband’s murder with the help of a Man named Badar. Badar is engaged to his cousin Zahra. In the process of investigation, Badar and Sara fall in love with each other.
